Return & Refund Policy

You may register your return complaint by e-mailing us at info@nutrigize.com


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return all items to us within 7 days of delivery with following conditions :
* the product is not used or tampered with
* the product is intact with packaging
* the product is in Re-Saleable condition

Replacement & Refund are subject to QC approval.
If QC fails then same product will be shipped back to the customer and Refund will not be approved.

NOTE: Opened & Used products are not eligible for return. For Flavor like/dislike, color of supplement, Replacement/Refund is not applicable. If there is issues like rashes, stomach upset, vomiting, we request you to consult the doctor before purchase, since the return/replacement is not applicable once the product is opened.

Still unsatisfied ? We will take your product return and provide you 100% refund within 24 working hours .

Order cancellation by customer before Dispatch: If order is cancelled before dispatch, full Refund will be made within 72 hours of receiving the Refund request.

Order Cancellation by customer after Dispatch: Refund will be initiated within 72 hours of the Returned products received back in our warehouse, after deducting the shipping/freight Charges only.

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order - If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment. In case of Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposits as modes of payment, we will transfer the refund amount into mutually agreed payment mode.

If the product you have ordered from us, is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, a complaint should be lodged within 48 hours of receiving the product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and the issue. We may not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product being received without a video proof at the time of unboxing.

Procedure for raising complaint in this case -

--Please send the unboxing video with a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received along with invoice copy to <<info@nutrigize.com>> within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
--After validating the request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
--If approved, pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and your address.
--Ensure that the AWB / tracking number is shared with us.

Your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned order received in our warehouse & approved by the QC team, only if the fault is from our end/Courier.

Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
Full refund will be made only in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
